Tag Surveyor Processing nearly complete

Tag surveyor processing has caught up for the vast majority of customers, and will be fully caught up by EOB today in EST across all accounts. We do not anticipate any challenges or delays with tomorrow’s processing.

Tag Surveyor processing is still behind for this weekend and today, but the underlying issue has been corrected, and we expect jobs to catch up over the next day. Timing to be fully caught up will be better understood by late tonight/early tomorrow morning in EST. Further communication will be sent by tomorrow morning in EST.

Tag Surveyor processing is currently behind for all relevant accounts today. We anticipate that it may take the remainder of today to catch up. We will share a further update when we have one.
